Booking Policy
Includes Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Refunds: Please be aware that once the invoice is processed with our vendors, we do not offer full refunds.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking 5 to 10 days before your event for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will not be refunded, but you will receive a credit towards future services.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to three months from your original event date. Credits from cancellations or reschedules can be applied to your new event date.
