The Mobile Food Apprenticeship connects emerging talent with real experience inside the mobile food industry. Apprentices learn foundational skills in operations, hospitality, and marketing, preparing them for entry-level roles across food trucks, events, and commissary environments.

How it works

Hands-On Rotational Training

Apprentices rotate through different mobile food concepts to experience key roles

Weekly Coaching & Real-World Practice

For 90 days, apprentices participate in weekly sessions—either on-site or remote.

Career Pathway Opportunities

Upon completing the program, apprentices may transition into:

Paid food truck staffing roles
Event support positions
Marketing and content creation roles
Additional mentorship and workforce pathways.
