We Bring Joy is a food-centered community initiative led by Nikola Network and Food Truck Affiliates, designed to bring the mobile food industry to underserved communities throughout North Carolina. 

Our mission is simple but powerful: pave a career pathway, deliver joy, nourishment, and a sense of community where it’s needed most.

 Through curated pop-up events featuring the local food community, professionals, and community resources, we work to close the gap in food access, industry employment, and create moments of joy—one bite at a time. Membership is free to join, powered by the support of sponsors, grant partners, and local leaders who believe that everyone deserves a seat at the table.
